Accelerate Health, Berlin, developed the measured, physiology-based method. Atlantic Reset delivers it as a programme.
The case for the budget
Most leadership training adds knowledge. This programme trains the physiology that decides whether that knowledge is available on a hard Thursday at 4pm. Three outcomes your organisation can see, and how each shows up in the report.
Outcome 1
Participants learn to read their own stress response and bring it down on demand, so judgement stays available in the meetings that matter.
Outcome 2
Sleep, recovery and daily routines rebuilt as performance infrastructure. The same hours, with more of the person in them.
Outcome 3
People who understand their own state repair friction faster and stay. Cohorts build the kind of trust a year of meetings rarely produces.
Where the training happens
The coast is a tool, not a reward. Every element below has a place in the curriculum and a reason in the physiology.

Curriculum
Taught by facilitators, breathwork and somatic practitioners, and the Accelerate Health clinical team. Every session is explained in plain physiology. Everything is optional, designed so people choose it.
How the nervous system decides what you have access to. Reading your own baseline: heart-rate variability, recovery capacity, reactive load.
Structured breathing and guided cold-water exposure, the protocols with the strongest evidence for shifting arousal quickly and reliably.
Sleep, nutrition and daily rhythm treated as the base layer of output, with a nutritionist and the clinical team. Healthy intensity, not grind.
The leadership workshop, tailored to the cohort and the moment it is in. Decision practice, difficult conversations, repair after friction, run on a regulated system.
A personal protocol for the first 30 days back, two online sessions with the practitioners, one with leadership, and the day-30 re-assessment.
The environment is part of the method
Cold water, morning light, long walks and silence are used as evidence-based tools for nervous-system training. Nothing on the timetable is there to be pleasant. Most of it is anyway.
Algarve, 07:30 · Module 2, contrast therapy
Timetable
A typical cohort schedule. Sessions marked M1 to M5 map to the curriculum above. Meals are part of Module 3, planned by the programme nutritionist.
Assessment
Every participant completes a confidential baseline 14 days before the programme and a re-assessment at day 30, against their own numbers. Companies can opt in to a wearable measurement layer and a day-90 follow-up.
The individual sees everything about themselves. The employer sees the cohort, aggregated and anonymised, for groups of eight or more. Nobody else sees anything.
Shape only. Your cohort's report carries its own numbers, with the assessment method and the number of participants stated.

Certificate of completion
Atlantic Reset
Leadership Performance Programme
Awarded to the participant on completion of Modules 1 to 5, 19 contact hours on site and the 30-day integration phase. Method by Accelerate Health, Berlin.
On the certificate
Each certificate lists the five modules, the contact hours, the cohort dates and the programme director's signature. It is a certificate of completion issued by Atlantic Reset, not an accredited qualification, and we say so plainly. Where your organisation logs professional development hours, the pack includes the module and hour breakdown in a format you can paste into your records.
Getting it approved
Most participants use an individual development budget or a team training line. The pack answers the questions finance and L&D ask, so the approval is a forward, not a project.
Step 1
One page for the person who signs. Takes one working day to arrive.
Step 2
Copy it, fill in two brackets, send. Your manager or L&D lead has everything they need to say yes.
Step 3
Tell us the date. We invoice the company as professional development, in EUR with VAT, and send the baseline intake to participants.
Ready to forward

Who leads it
Cimberley created the first health and leadership programme built around the nervous system, and developed the physiology-based method behind Accelerate Health. Atlantic Reset is where she brings it to working leaders.
You meet her, and the practitioners who will be in the room, before anyone signs.
Questions L&D asks
Training. It has a curriculum, learning outcomes, contact hours, an assessment before and after, and a certificate. The environment is used as a teaching tool. If your policy separates "wellbeing" from "development", the pack documents why this sits in development.
Yes. We invoice the company in EUR with VAT, described as a leadership performance programme with the modules and hours listed. Whether it qualifies under your specific policy or local tax rules is for your finance team to confirm; the pack gives them what they need to do that.
Nothing individual. Baseline and re-assessment data are seen by the participant and the lead practitioner only. The employer receives aggregated, anonymised cohort results for groups of eight or more. For smaller groups, the report covers attendance, completion and qualitative themes only.
No. Every session is optional and explained in plain physiology. Contrast therapy is screened for in the intake, and there is always an equivalent breath-based practice for anyone who opts out.
It is a certificate of completion issued by Atlantic Reset, listing modules, hours, cohort dates and the programme director's signature. It is not an accredited qualification. Many organisations log it as professional development hours; check with your L&D team, and use the module breakdown in the pack.
Yes. Open cohorts take individual seats from different organisations, 12 to 24 per cohort, with a confidentiality agreement on day 1. A team cohort starts at eight participants.
Seats can move to a later cohort or be transferred to a colleague. The notice periods and any fees are stated in the approval pack, so finance sees them before approving.
Request the approval pack
Tell us who you are approving it for. The pack arrives within one working day, and we are on a 15-minute call with your L&D lead if they want one.
